I Swear To Be A Faithful Servant When I Become A President – Ex-President Mahama

Wearing all-white, Mahama briefly explained his visitation to the church before charging Opambuor with carrying out further national mediation in front of the 2024 election.

“Today is the inaugural day in the Ashanti Region. The Bible tells us that as leaders, we offer our service to our citizens and are their servants, even if we are given power by God’s mercy.

“We are recording major viewpoints from the public we meet and we will incorporate it into our plans,” he said. “To do so, they need to understand what you’re trying to do for the people. It also implies that we share the same in terms of concepts to develop the country.”

As we are aware that you continue to be praying for us, please know that we are ready to support you in your prayers until God opens a path and grants us triumph in the upcoming election. We must hold this election peacefully, as eight candidates were defeated in 2020. He declared, “In 2024, there must not be one drop of bloodshed.”

Ebenezer Adarkwa Yiadom, also known as Opambuor, is a well-known preacher in Kumasi. He met with the then-president, John Dramani Mahama, in his church in Ahenema Kokoben, Ashanti Region.

Before Day One of Mahama’s three-day visit throughout the ruling party’s stronghold, a meeting was held on January 24, 2024.

Before giving a speech to the crowds of supporters at the destination, Mahama and a few prominent supporters from the National Democratic Congress (NDC) marched across key streets following their departure from the church, coining the event as the 24-hour economy rally.
