An Alleged Run-In With A Lady’s Close Relative Who Transformed Into A Bird

Reports in the media that the woman in Gomoa Mampong in the Central Region is a witch who can transform from human to animal and vice versa have been denied by the family of the woman who is suspected of doing so.

The sister of the alleged witch said that her sister has a mental disability and has been gone for three days in an interview with UTV on Tuesday, July 18, 2023.

“My sister accompanies me. After she vanished, someone called to tell me she had been discovered in Senya. When I went there on Friday, I was unable to locate her. On Saturday, I went back, but I couldn’t find her. I looked for her again on Sunday but was unsuccessful.

She said in Twi, “I just heard from one of my boys that my sister appeared on TV with a woman who captures witches.

She claimed that she was able to locate the Gomoa Mampong castle where her sister had been harassed and accused of being a witch.

According to the report, the victim’s sister described things to the people that approached her as well as the chief and elders.

She was brought to the nearby police station where the officers had been holding her sister. She was freed by the police when they questioned them.

She claimed that her sister had told her that she had been driven to Gomoa by a stranger in a car.
